WAC 110-300-0165(2)(a) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed toys througout the main child care room that were accessible to children and pose a risk of choking, aspiration, or ingestion. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(d) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the washer and dryer that are in the hallway to the children's bathroom are an entrapment hazard that are accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(f) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed there were hazards to children in the program space that included four shelves not securely anchored holding toys and pose a risk of falling objects or falling over.
